Returns & Exchanges
Would you like to return a product? No problem! For all returns, please send us an instant message via the Laura Sim website or via the contact page to let us know. Please include: your order number, the product(s) being returned, the reason(s) for the return and a request for an exchange, voucher or refund. In this way, you can be sure that your request will be processed quickly and efficiently.
Customers may request an exchange within 14 days of the order date. Returns for orders shipped within and outside mainland France are at the customer's expense.
In accordance with the provisions of article L.121-20 of the French Consumer Code, the customer has a period of 14 days from the date of order to return, at his or her own expense, the product(s) ordered if they are not to his or her satisfaction. To cancel an order, it is important to inform CEDA Paris as soon as possible, before the order is dispatched.
The product(s) must be returned in their original, unopened packaging, with the delivery note and invoice, to the following address: CEDA SAS , 02 AVENUE DES MARRONNIERS, 94380 BONNEUIL-SUR-MARNE.
Return shipping costs are at the customer's expense.
All risks associated with the return of the product(s) shall be borne by the customer.
If the conditions mentioned below are met, ONILABO SAS will reimburse the customer for all sums incurred by him/her in connection with the purchase of the product(s) concerned, within thirty (30) days of the date on which the customer's right of withdrawal was exercised, in accordance with article L.121-20-1 of the French Consumer Code.
The product for which the Customer requests an exchange must be intact, unopened and in its original packaging.

We advise you to choose a shipping method with a tracking number. Without a tracking number, we will not accept any claims.
If the item is refused by CEDA SAS, it will be returned to the customer at CEDA SAS' expense, without the customer being able to claim any compensation whatsoever. If the return has not been announced by the customer, a voucher is automatically created and sent to the customer.
When the order was accompanied by a gift offered under conditions - for example, a gift offered only if a minimum order amount was reached, or accompanied by participation in a competition - if you return products and/or the remaining amount of your order no longer meets the conditions of the offer, in this case you must also return the gift to us in order to be reimbursed via gift card.
