Our moisturizing shampoo rich in shea butter specially formulated to meet the needs of curly, frizzy and frizzy hair gently cleanses and nourishes dry, very dry and / or damaged hair. USAGE TIPS:

Enriched with nourishing and hydrating ingredients such as shea butter, aloe vera and hydrolyzed rice protein, our shampoo provides a luxurious and effective hair care experience.
Shea Butter: Rich in nourishing properties that deeply hydrate hair from root to tip.
Aloe vera: Aloe vera is known for its moisturizing and soothing properties. It helps lock in hair's moisture, protect it from environmental damage, and leave it soft and bouncy.
Hydrolyzed Rice Protein: Hydrolyzed Rice Protein strengthens hair, improves elasticity and helps restore curl structure, helping to maintain well-defined, bouncy curls.
Our shampoo is formulated without sodium lauryl sulfate (SLS) and sodium laureth sulfate (SLES), which are harsh sulfates often found in conventional shampoos. This preserves the hair's natural moisture and gently cleanses it without drying it out.

Our shipping times are as follows:
- For any order placed Monday to Friday before 1 p.m., the order will be shipped the same day.

International delivery is done by Colissimo. Shipping costs are the responsibility of the Customer. Costs and delays vary according to destination:
For shipments to DOM TOM, via Colissimo, allow an average of 5 to 10 days, free for all purchases over €100 and charged €20 for all orders of a lower amount.
For shipments to the European Union and Switzerland ((Spain, Portugal, United Kingdom, Germany, Austria, Finland, Belgium, Luxembourg, Netherlands, Denmark, Ireland, Sweden, Italy, Switzerland), allow a period of delivery from 3 to 6 days, free for all orders over 90€ and charged 10€ for all orders of a lower amount.
Outside the European Union, customs or import taxes may be added to the price of our products and remain the responsibility of the Customer. It is therefore the Customer's responsibility to inquire about their amount with their local customs office.
Returns & Exchanges
Do you want to return a product to us? No worries ! For any returns, please send us an instant message via the Laura Sim website . Please specify: the number of your order, the product(s) returned, the reason(s) for the return as well as a request for an exchange, a purchase voucher or refund. Thus you will be assured of the proper processing of your request and of greater speed in its management.
In accordance with the provisions of article L.121-20 of the Consumer Code, the customer has a period of 14 days from the order to return, at his expense, the product(s) that he ordered(s) if that (those) do not give him satisfaction. To cancel your order, it is important to inform CEDA Paris, as soon as possible, before the order is shipped.
The product(s) must be returned in its (their) packaging and its (their) original unopened packaging, and accompanied by the delivery note and the invoice to the following address: CEDA SAS, 02 AVENUE DES MARRONNIERS, 94380 BONNEUIL-SUR-MARNE.
Return costs are the responsibility of the customer.
Any risk related to the return of the product(s) is the responsibility of the customer.
If the conditions mentioned below are met, the customer will be reimbursed for all sums incurred by him on the occasion of the purchase of the product(s) concerned.

If the article is refused by CEDA SAS, it is returned to the Customer at the expense of CEDA SAS without the Customer being able to demand any compensation whatsoever. If the return has not been announced by the customer, a voucher is automatically created and sent to the customer.
When the order was accompanied by a gift offered under conditions - for example, a gift offered only if a minimum order amount was reached, or accompanied by participation in a contest - if you return products and/or the amount remainder of your order no longer fulfills the conditions of the offer, in this case you must also return the gift to us in order to be reimbursed via gift card.
