PRODUCT SUMMARY:

Thanks to its light formula, with baobab and coconut oils, this Styling Milk conditioner helps repair dry or damaged hair on a daily basis. Filled with new strength, they are more supple, silky and easy to comb. Result: their texture is sublimated for a hair all in light and fluidity. 

USAGE TIPS :

Apply daily to all dry or wet hair, from ends to lengths and style without rinsing.

COMPOSITION :

The oil extracted from the Baobab fruit is a hair beautifier with restorative and toning properties.

Extracted from the nut, coconut oil is known for its moisturizing, smoothing and softening properties.

THE COMMAND

Orders placed through the website bind the buyer upon acceptance of the order given by the buyer on the merchant site. From the moment the customer has registered his order, he is considered to have accepted knowingly and without reservation the prices, volumes and quantities offered for sale and ordered. The products are intended for the personal use of the customer. It is therefore forbidden to resell the products purchased on the site. The order is validated once the payment has been accepted by Laura Sim's. Laura Sim's reserves the right to refuse an order if the Customer already has a dispute with Laura Sim's or ONILABO or if Laura Sim's considers that the Customer carries a risk of non-payment. Laura Sim's then reserves the right to ask its Customer for additional information if it deems it necessary, such as an identity document or proof of address. Without a response from the Customer within 5 days of the order, the order and the payment are cancelled. Laura Sim's undertakes to honor orders received, only within the limits of available stocks.

PAYMENT

Unless the server is unavailable, and after final validation of his order, the customer may pay for it on the site by credit card (Carte Bleue, Visa, Mastercard).

Payments by check are not accepted.

When the customer opts for online payment by credit card, all the data entered (number and expiry date of your card) are immediately encrypted (in SSL mode) and saved on the secure payment server of our bank, 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. This information is known only to the bank's servers. No payment data concerning the customer is stored on the www.laura.sims.com site, eliminating any possibility of fraud by hacking the site.

ONILABO uses a secure payment tool, offered by shopify and stripe.

Delivery

ONILABO SAS reserves the right to modify them at any time.

Deliveries will be made only to fixed addresses and are therefore excluded from hotels, post office boxes, relay point post, non-fixed addresses or domiciles (camping, caravans, mobile homes, etc.).

The delivery is considered made as soon as the product is made available by the carrier. It is up to the customer to check his order on arrival and to make any complaints to us that appear justified.


If the products delivered do not conform in kind or in quality to the specifications indicated in the delivery note, the customer must, must formulate his complaints within eight (8) days after delivery, in writing to our Customer Service (mail to be sent to:

Deliveries in Metropolitan France

Our shipping times are as follows:

- For any order placed Monday to Friday before 1 p.m., the order will be shipped the same day.

- For any order placed from Monday to Thursday after 1 p.m., the order will be shipped the next day.

- For any order placed from Friday after 1 p.m. to Sunday evening, the order will be shipped the following Monday.

- For any order placed on public holidays, the order will be dispatched the following working day.

During the competition period, our logistics workshop is faced with a large flow of order preparation... a delay of 1 to 2 days is therefore possible, we thank you in advance for your indulgence.

Delivery method :

Colissimo, count on average a delay of 48h to 72h, free for any purchase over 35€ and invoiced 5€ for all orders of a lower amount.

Delivery times are the sole responsibility of the Carriers and under no circumstances may Laura Sim's or ONILABO SAS be held liable in the event of non-compliance with delivery times.

Dom Tom & International deliveries

Our shipping times are as follows:

International delivery is done by Colissimo. Shipping costs are the responsibility of the Customer. Costs and delays vary according to destination:

For shipments to DOM TOM, via Colissimo, allow an average of 5 to 10 days, free for all purchases over €100 and charged €20 for all orders of a lower amount.

For shipments to the European Union and Switzerland ((Spain, Portugal, United Kingdom, Germany, Austria, Finland, Belgium, Luxembourg, Netherlands, Denmark, Ireland, Sweden, Italy, Switzerland), allow a period of delivery from 3 to 6 days, free for all orders over 50€ and charged 10€ for all orders of a lower amount.

Outside the European Union, customs or import taxes may be added to the price of our products and remain the responsibility of the Customer. It is therefore the Customer's responsibility to inquire about their amount with their local customs office.



Returns & Exchanges

Do you want to return a product to us? No problem ! For any return, please send us a short email to contact@onilabo.fr to let us know. Please specify: the number of your order, the product(s) returned, the reason(s) for the return as well as a request for an exchange, a purchase voucher or refund. Thus you will be assured of the proper processing of your request and of greater speed in its management.

Any Customer may request the exchange of his article within 14 days from the date of the order. Returns of orders shipped in mainland France and outside mainland France are the responsibility of the Customer.

In accordance with the provisions of article L.121-20 of the Consumer Code, the customer has a period of 14 days from the order to return, at his expense, the product(s) that he ordered(s) if that (those) do not give him satisfaction. To cancel your order, it is important to inform the company Ceda Paris, as soon as possible, before the order is shipped.

The product(s) must be returned in its (their) packaging and its (their) original unopened packaging, and accompanied by the delivery note and the invoice to the following address: ONILABO SAS 15 Rue Henri Ribière 75019 Paris.

Return costs are the responsibility of the customer.

Any risk related to the return of the product(s) is the responsibility of the customer.

If the conditions mentioned below are met, ONILABO SAS will reimburse the customer for all sums incurred by him on the occasion of the purchase of the product(s) concerned, within thirty (30) days following the date on which the customer's right of withdrawal was exercised in accordance with article L.121-20-1 of the Consumer Code.

 The product for which the Customer requests an exchange must be intact, unopened and in its original packaging.

We advise you to choose a mode of transport with tracking number. Without tracking number, we will not accept any claim.

If the article is refused by ONILABO SAS, it is returned to the Customer at the expense of ONILABO SAS without the Customer being able to demand any compensation whatsoever. If the return has not been announced by the customer, a voucher is automatically created and sent to the customer.

When the order was accompanied by a gift offered under conditions - for example, a gift offered only if a minimum order amount was reached, or accompanied by participation in a contest - if you return products and/or the amount remainder of your order no longer fulfills the conditions of the offer, in this case you must also return the gift to us in order to be reimbursed via gift card.
